Dr Barbara Kubicka

Born in Warsaw, Barbara completed with Honours her medical qualifications at Warsaw Medical University. Barbara MD CIME/ICAM BACD is a fully-accredited aesthetic medicine physician on the GMC register. She is currently Medical Director at the Royal Tunbridge Wells Skin and Laser Clinic, as well as holing positions at Medispa in Urban Retreat at Harrods and Skin Health Spa. In addition to her medical degree she also obtained a post-graduate qualification in Interior Design.

Passionate not only about medicine but also art, Barbara had yearned to combine them in her work. Studying and Practising Aesthetic Medicine has allowed her to do just this. Her vision is to use her substantial skills to bring out the best in her clients, also embracing challenges and exploring new solutions.

She is a full member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors (BACD), the Independent Doctors Federation (IDF), the British Medical Laser Association (BMLA), Syndicate National des Medicins Esthetiques (SNME) and the Aesthetic Medicine Section of the Polish Medical Society.

Barbara completed her medical qualifications at Warsaw Medical University before going on to take a two-year post-graduate course in Aesthetic Medicine at the world-renowned College de International de Medicine Esthetique in Paris.

She also spent 2 years working for NHS hospitals as a trainee with Imperial College London in various fields including Breast Surgery, A&E and Endocrinology.

She believes that by improving people’s appearance she can enhance their confidence and at the same time dramatically change their lives, the best proof of which is her clients’ stories.

Using the mantra ‘the result you achieve will be in direct proportion to the effort you put in,’ Barbara is committed to always giving the best possible service in view to obtain her outstanding results.

A bright young vivacious and beautiful woman, not only does she consult at various clinics including the acclaimed Medispa in Urban Retreat at Harrods she also in-between runs her own ‘private practice’.

Curious by nature, Barbara enjoys exploration not only in her professional but also in her person life. In 2007 she came to England to widen her horizons and experience life and work in another country, having already spent time studying abroad in Paris. She also explores other countries and cultures through travel when her busy schedule allows.

Barbara is an active person, enjoying sports, with a passion for motor sport. And is not only an asset that we are honoured to have on the team, but she personally is extremely excited about joining Climb4freedom and believes strongly in the purpose, standing together in unity against human trafficking.
